I was hunting for old action figures at the Goodwill when I realized there was a Dollar Tree down the block with a toy section. They had all kinds of good junk but their knock-off mini figures were the kind of thing I was looking for.
I bought a couple two-figure sets and sat down to look through them. After mixing and matching the figures around I hit on the idea that with a little Dremel work and some paint, I could transform two of them into Ninja and Yo-Landi from Die Antwoord’s Baby’s on Fire video.

I also made a set of figures from Smokey and the Bandit, Big and Little Enos Burdette. These guys were a little trickier since they were dressed the same and the only real difference was their height. I thought this would be a pretty simple thing to change but altering the height of mini figures proved to be tricky.

After lots of grinding, painting and cowboy hat sculpting, they came into the world.
