M.U.S.C.L.E Paintings

My wife loves clouds. I’d never tried painting them so I thought I’d give it a shot and see if I couldn’t figure out how to do it.

I cut up some birch faced plywood into 6×6 squares and knocked out some sky.

I didn’t love them so I decided to distress them with sandpaper and then throw some figures in the foreground.

I had a bunch of these little M.U.S.C.L.E figures lying around so I thought I’d try and paint them.

First I tried painting this guy who looks like a walking urinal as is.

I liked that okay but thought they would be more fun in action poses so I worked out a few.
